Based in Sacramento, CA, Allen Warren has served as the president of New Faze Development since founding the company in 1990. He has grown the company into one of the nation’s largest land development businesses, with a focus on affordable, scalable urban revitalization projects. Allen Warren has previously held leadership positions with many prominent Sacramento, CA businesses and organizations, including multiple terms as a 2nd District Representative with the City of Sacramento City Council, board member with the city’s budget and finance committee, and five years as the chairman of the Sacramento Kings professional hockey team.
Allen Warren balances his responsibilities as the president of New Faze Development with his role as a California State East Bay Foundation board member, a position he has maintained since 2002. His achievements with the Hayward, California foundation include co-chairing a successful $50 million fundraising campaign. He gained further board experience with the California Building Industry Association, the largest homebuilder oversight board in America.
Allen Warren holds a political science degree from California State University. He has served as the chairperson for capital campaigns with United Way and as a board member with community organizations such as the Sacramento Zoo and KVIE Public TV, among others.
